Suitable for every fabric

Application:This system is suitable fo r sewage treatment and recycling after spunlaced,which including gas—water separato r,suction fan,flat—flow ai r float filter,sand filter,single bag filter,water storage tank,high pressu repump,ball buffer and pipeline.Other optional devices including fallow ai r float filter,metal filter,and flat—belt filter.

Principle:High—pressure water jet ejected from injector a re sucked to gas—water sepa rator by negative pressu reof suction roller,humidity is exhausted by fan,spunlaced sewage is transferred to flat—flow air float filter by pump,and storage in water tank th rough flat·-flow air float filter,sand filter, two·-stage single bag filter.Clean water in watetank is supplied to high—pressu re water supply station by multi—step pump,then flow to each injectors.
